Ghazi is an experienced tax professional with a solid background in tax compliance and advisory services, with a particular focus on international tax matters. He has over 5 years of experience supporting clients across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East region.
His expertise spans a range of sectors, including industrial and telecommunications, where he has worked closely with leading clients to deliver practical solutions in zakat and tax compliance. Ghazi also advises on capital gains, double tax treaties, and a variety of cross-border tax issues.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Ghazi was part of the tax and zakat compliance team at PwC Jordan, where he supported clients in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. He also held a leadership role within the tax division at Chalhoub Group, demonstrating his ability to guide complex tax engagements and lead high-performing teams.
Ghazi is known for his client-focused approach and his ability to navigate evolving tax regulations, ensuring compliance while identifying opportunities for strategic tax planning.
