Mohammad Nassar is a highly experienced finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of expertise in audit, financial consulting, and business advisory services. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA, USA), he has held senior roles at leading global firms, including PwC in the UAE and Oman, and EY in Saudi Arabia, prior to joining Grant Thornton Saudi Arabia in January 2022.
Mohammad has a proven track record in financial restructuring, corporate advisory, and performance improvement, having supported clients across key sectors such as real estate, hospitality, and retail. His leadership has been instrumental in driving organisational growth, enhancing financial performance, and promoting long-term business sustainability.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Mohammad led major restructuring initiatives, including the financial turnaround of Union Properties PJSC (Dubai) and its subsidiaries. His core areas of expertise include strategic financial planning, risk management, and business transformation. He is recognised as a trusted advisor to clients facing complex financial and operational challenges.
