He has supported a wide range of clients in sectors including construction, aviation, and healthcare, advising on matters such as zakat compliance, capital gains tax, double tax treaties, and related tax services. His work has included serving well-known local and international organisations, helping them navigate complex tax environments and regulatory frameworks.

Before joining Grant Thornton, Murtada held tax consulting roles at both KPMG and PwC, where he served as a key point of contact for zakat and tax matters.
