Simi has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, specialising in capital structuring, business valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Before taking on his current role, Simi served as Head of M&A at a regional Big Four firm and previously served as a Corporate Finance Partner at Grant Thornton in the United Arab Emirates, where he was instrumental in establishing the firm’s presence in Abu Dhabi.
Simi has advised on a wide range of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, as well as capital raising initiatives for private equity and corporate clients. Known for his strong investor engagement, he has developed and maintained a network of more than 600 investors across the UK and GCC, including private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, venture capital firms, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and corporates.
